Time to make some Buchla bongos! During the second workshop, we build low pass gates – a mysterious module with origins in the hippie times of the 60ies.

Essentially, a lopass gate (LPG for short) is a low pass filter that sounds very natural due to its cutoff frequency being controlled by an opto-electric circuit (vactrol). This gives the circuit a very unique and organic feel.
